Yes! Samples are available for most products.

Exceptions include:

• Trim pieces
• Grout
• Some large-format tiles with significant color variation

• Samples start at $2 per piece
• Limit of 2 samples per SKU per customer
• Samples are non-refundable
• Most samples ship within 1–2 business days
• Expedited shipping options are available

How to Order Samples

1. Visit the product page.
2. Select the Sample option.
3. Add the sample to your cart and proceed to checkout.

If samples are not available for a particular product, you may be able to purchase a single piece or a full box instead.

What Size Is a Sample Swatch?

Sample swatches typically range from 4" x 4" to 4" x 12", depending on the product.

Our goal is to provide a sample that accurately represents the full-size product. We strive to include at least one example of each color, texture, material, and size that makes up the tile design.

For example:

• A tile with a single color, material, and size will typically be represented by a 4" x 4" sample.
• A mosaic containing multiple colors, materials, textures, or patterns may be represented by a larger sample, such as 3" x 12" or 4" x 12", to better showcase the design.

For field tiles such as:

• Subway tiles
• 6" x 6" tiles
• 8" x 8" tiles

We typically send a full tile piece as the sample.
