If the shipping cost is too high relative to the item you are ordering or the total amount in your cart, you are probably trying to order a single box, pack, or sheet of tile. Unfortunately, due to the nature of our product (heavy and large in size), shipping one piece or ten can cost almost the same. For that reason, we need to charge a minimum to cover that cost.
We offer FREE SHIPPING on most orders of U$249 and up and SAMPLE SWATCH orders of 5 or more samples. So, if you want to touch and feel a product before committing to a large quantity, consider ordering a sample swatch instead. We offer generous sizes so you can have a good idea of how your project will look with that item.
