Not completely satisfied with your purchase? Eligible unused items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Before ordering: We strongly recommend ordering samples to confirm color, texture, and finish. Every sample order includes a $25 coupon toward a qualifying full-size tile order, and orders of 5+ samples receive FREE standard shipping within the contiguous U.S. and Washington, D.C.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We can provide prepaid return labels using our negotiated carrier rates and deduct the cost from your refund.

Restocking Fee: A 20% restocking fee applies to returns. Have a few unopened boxes left after your project? Qualifying project-overage returns of up to 20% of the original merchandise value receive a reduced 15% restocking fee.

Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We'll work quickly to make it right and may request photos.
